Having popped into get some advice zbout a small dog bite from the pharmacist, was told to join the queue which I was happy to do. On reaching the front was told to sit down and from over the computer the pharmacist very rudely said you should probably go to hospital. I said it's very small you haven't even looked at it. Very rude, condescending and not in anyway helpful. No wonder the a and e are stretched when you are told to get advice from a pharmacist who is not willing to help. Rude man. I'm so angry.

We used Gurpul at Newington Pharmacy for our travel vaccines. He was extremely helpful, informative and as someone who hates needles was also very gentle and patient. Great service, highly recommended!

Theresa is a great receptionist who makes everyone feel welcome. The Pharmacists always go the extra mile to help you get the help, support or medication you need. I have used Newington pharmacy for many years. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently Lucy sorted out a problem with my repeat prescription. She was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. She just dealt with the problem very efficiently. I was very impressed.

Excellent staff, had an absolute star serve me today, I think her name was Lucy, she really knew what she what she was doing, helped me so much, so friendly and easy to talk to, it was a little out my way as I live in margate but definitely worth the travel to get to this pharmacy, finally felt cared for where my health is concerned.
