Cannot thank Rob from Kent Pest Services enough for responding quickly and helping us out when our dog came home from the groomers with fleas. He was friendly and gave us lots of information regarding the treatment he was carrying out and was very professional. He made sure we knew what to do prior to his arrival and after, to ensure that his treatment worked effectively to get rid of the fleas. Found a hornets' nest in the early hours of the morning outside of one of our bedroom windows. Nine of the hornets had come in through the windows left open due to the heat and were flying around upstairs. After a sleepless night, I phoned Kent Pest Services. Even though it was a Sunday morning and he was out woth friends, Robert came over and sorted out the nest for us. What a relief. Such great service! It is not the first time I have used this company, and the service has always been first class.

This rude man entered our flat after we discovered a flea infestation and had no luck with various shop bought products. He explained that the treatment should be given at least 4 weeks to be effective and so we accepted the bites on ourselves and the dog during this period, continuing to spray "Strikeback" on our furnishings and using "Frontline" on the dog...expecting to be flea free once the breeding cycle was broken. After 5 weeks and with no noticeable improvement to our situation...( He may have well just have sprayed water around the property,..and who's to say he didn't? ),...I called him and explained the situation and what he could do to rectify it, to which he became defensive and asked if I had taken the dog to the vet for treatment, as he had had supposedly specified on his visit, and that "Frontline" no longer affected fleas. All hogwash to cover up a bad job which was expensive enough without me paying an extra fiver because..." I prefer cash, I have to pay charges on card payments! " I would have accepted his attitude problem if he had come up with the goods but as it is I've parted with two weeks income just to have an arrogant so and so line his pockets.....be warned!!!

Rob came and fitted bird guards to our solar panels, we had pigeons nesting there last year and they made our lives a (messy) misery. Cannot fault the quality of the work, great communications and great value. Highly recommended.

We have used Kent Pest Services for several years and we have always had excellent, professional service and advice with each visit. They have treated wasp nests, moles...given advice about voles. Rodents and mice were never seen twice. We absolutely recommend Kent Pest Services without hesitation. In fact they just visited to deal with yet another wasp nest and on checking around the property he found two, so he dealt with them both at the same time.

A wasps' nest outside my bedroom in this heat meant I couldn't open the window but after a call to Kent Pest Services help arrived within 15 minutes. A really professional service meant it was sorted in no time at all and with the wasps gone the window can now be safely left open. I can't thank you enough. Would highly recommend this service.
