We bought a bed for my mother from Manston Mobility , the service was excellent, and the delivery/installation went seamlessly. We will be using them for any further mobility equipment. Thank you for making a hard time easier.

What a find, came to the Toby Carvery for lunch and noted it was just popped in just really lovely family business with super friendly and helpful staff. Other mobility centres are always up selling but not here, they listen and advise and the soft sell seems to work better with older people or people’s buying things for their elderly parents. I purchased a pair of new lighter batteries for my old scooter they were so helpful. The battery works brilliantly giving me so much greater range, the older Lead Acid batteries weighed a ton together but the new Lithium Ion Phosphate ones weigh next to nothing! The previous battery only gave me 2 hours range the new ones give me around 6 hours as long as I’m not using full power. I came back again because I’d ordered an amp metre to give me an accurate reading as to how much range I had left. Most people who use these scooters only use them once a week but I operate tours around Canterbury and need it every day. I am very impressed with the team and tell everyone I see they are the best place to go! They also have a fantastic range of beds and chairs to look at! All in all a brilliant find and super service.

excellent after sales service! would recommend Manston Mobility for all your mobility needs. 30/08/23 Today I visited Manston Mobility for an issue with my scooter. The service I received was first class and commendable. A special mention to Cameron the technician in the workshop…who not only fixed my scooter, he cleaned it up. Delivered it to my home looking brand new. I once again recommend this store for all your needs and for your peace of mind .

Terrible after service. Steven was extremely helpful and charming while convincing us to buy from him. I really liked him and thought his knowledge was impressive. However, once I had parted with my money and bought a scooter from him he then changed completely. His after service has been rude, unhelpful and money-grabbing. I would not recommend to my friends and family to buy from him.

Would not go anywhere else, kind understanding helpful staff, always there when I need them for scooter repair, advice. Very quick efficient and cost effective service/repairs. With a great range of products at the showroom -excellent Always advise my own patients to visit here if they need disability/mobility assistance products.

The day I found this marvelous company will always stick in my mind. Their Customer based thinking is exceptional. Their willingness to go that extra mile is heart warming. I had a problem with a product they sell but crucially not one they had sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you live in the South, take the time to seek them out, you will never regret it. In particular I would highlight Steve as being one of the most kind, helpful and knowledgeable gentleman I have ever in my 75 years been lucky enough to meet.

I cannot express my thanks for this company enough. Michael was very helpful without being pushy. I only intended to get an idea of what was available but after being able to wander around without interference I decided which one I wanted and went for it. As soon as I needed help he was there. Thank you Michael and Manston Mobility for the kind of service and helpfulness you don't get as often as you would like.

Spent lot of time talking to Steve debating on 2 scooters. Found him to be very honest on both machines. Scooter arrived today, had prob with seat. Read manual googled for hour then rang Steve, within minutes he'd talked me through what i did wrong. Excellent customer service!

Manston Mobilty has moved to behind the Toby Carvery,to a much bigger premesis .I needed a new self propelled wheelchair, and Steve was there to help me go all through the options available and to what and how they can help me .I even got to take one home TO see if IT was right for me!, The knowledge and heartfelt help that comes from Steve and his family who run this shop for all of our needs is absolutely awesome and I cannot praise them enough. These guys offer an excellent service; friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely no sales pressure. Mum is beginning to regain her independence, and that is priceless. Highly recommend.
