Excellent service chose a ring which needed to go down a size which was done within a week, always a very good selection of jewellery and the staff are very helpful and knowledgable in ensuring you come away happy with your purchase.

EDIT: Was reached out to in response to my review and offered to have my watch cleaned inside. Was very nice of them to offer that so I increased from 3 to 4 stars. I took my watch there for a crystal and hand repair and I was given a great price. It took I think a month and I was told that it was because the crystal was difficult to source due to it being a specific domed one. I have a few complaints however. The main one being that the crystal that was put in is not actually the same as the one originally in the watch, despite me asking on the phone and being told specifically that it will be the same as the original. This one seems more generic and is shaped differently and not as high. If I would have been told that the original would cost more I would have been happy to pay it. Second is that the dial and watch hands are slightly dusty. Doesn't seem like a big deal at first but that dust will be there forever now. I asked whether it could be cleaned when I picked it up and was told that I would have had to have it serviced which would have cost more than double the price. It seems intuitive to spend the 30 seconds getting the dust off the inside while you have access to the dial. I told the worker that you would assume it would be dusted off and she seemed rather adamant that I was wrong. Pretty happy for the price but would have been more happy had I known the crystal wouldn't be the same. Pictured is the dusty dial and hands + my domed crystal VS original domed crystal

Popped in to ask to borrow a couple of Torx screwdrivers to change a buckle on a watch strap. I had the buckles, just not the tools to do the job and didn't want to purchase the tools for a one off job. Carthew's were very helpful and did the swap for me. Very friendly service, and would definitely return in the future.

Bad service iv was told 3 days to get my ring repaired it's now been 3 weeks over that and still not had a call iv bean in and was told would be in Friday no it's now the Monday after and still not in so if you want my advice go somewhere else .

Very helpful staff. Sorted out an issue with my watch and had my wedding band re-finished. Super happy with the results. Would recommend highly and going back there in future myself.
