Absolutely the best and friendliest boat I’ve ever had the pleasure to Charter , fantastic crew that are constantly helping and advising anglers of all different capabilities with a Skipper at the helm who has over 30 year’s experience at sea. If you want to catch some great fish for the plate and have plenty of laughs along the way with Roger and his crew do not hesitate to book with Ramsgate charters for a great day . Hot food and drinks are on point as well lots of tea coffee and a good hearty lunch what more could you ask for .

Fishing with Ramsgate Charters is a great experience. We go out regularly with Roger Lennon on the Skerry Belle and we always catch. Roger is a great skipper who really gives you full value for money. He even guts and skins your fish for you unlike a lot of other boats. Roger and his deck hand Ian make sure you're well tackled up, show you how to fish and most importantly keep you well supplied with brews. 5/5 all day long.

Roger is a great skipper, knows his stuff and will put you on the fish. Very good friendly service which includes preparing of the fish for you to take home. Teas and coffees throughout the day. Can’t ask for more on a boat trip 5 stars 👍

For the last 8 years or so I have used the Skerry Belle, skippered by Roger Lennon for all my charter boat trips. Roger has over 30 years experience of working boats. His primary concern is the safety of all onboard, while using his extensive local knowledge to consistently find the best fishing spots, putting his anglers on fish when other charter boat skippers are struggling. He keeps the kettle hot, supplying teas and coffees all day, along with a light lunch. If you have never fished from a boat before, he will supply you with the tackle and fresh bait, give you a tutorial on what you should and should not do and is there to net and photograph your catches. He will even clean and prepare your catch ready for you to cook on your return home.

Have used Roger on his boat Skerry Belle for about 8 years. Have had many a good day afloat with a great atmosphere and made many friends from across all cultures, swapping contact details with other individuals to organise trips with Roger. 1 happy punter

Absolutely horrified with the service provided by the skipper Roger. Was nothing but foul mouthed, rude and arrogant. Sarcasm in every sentence. Would not book with him in the future

Fantastic days fishing once again on board with roger the skipper, If you are looking for a fishing day out on board a boat. Check this man out. His knowledge of the local waters and overall fishing techniques are second to none. I have used him now a hand full of times and will be back again without a doubt. Great fishing great banter.

First time went fishing with these guys and they hooked it up. They took us out to sea, gave us a crash course on fishing, sorted all our fishing rods out, killed, prepared and bagged the fishes for us and gave us a good laugh whilst doing it. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to go fishing for the first time as a group. I’d recommend taking some sea sickness tablets just in case as even if you don’t really get motion sickness, being out in sea with the boat slowly bobbing up and down can bring about that feeling. Also, take plenty of snacks and drinks with you as you’ll be out there for a few hours at least. Not to mention put sunscreen on before as there’s no shade where you’ll be. Other than that and you’ll be enjoying life as a part time fisherman.
