I just looked up Jamie and his dad to recommend to a friend so thought I'd leave a review. We had a new bathroom fitted back in Dec 2021 and were delighted by the result. Excellent finish and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!

Jamie and his Dad did an excellent, thorough job. Really pleased with the results and they got rid of all the rubbish and cleaned up after themselves. Very hard working and reliable. Would highly recommend 👌

Jamie and his dad refitted 2 bathrooms for us. They were reliable, responsive, flexible and reassuringly professional. They work really hard and tidy up at the end of each day. The quality of the work is great. We are really pleased with both rooms and would definitely recommend J S Cray bathrooms.

Had to contact them on numerous occasions before they returned my call to book an appointment. Date/time finally arranged for visit and quote. However, on the day, due to turn up at 4:30 pm, received a text around 5:15 saying something has come up and can't make it. That was approx. 3 weeks ago now and we have had no contact from them since. If they call now we would not be interested in them quoting for business. It's a shame as wanted to give the business to a local company, but it won't be them.

This did not impact on the workmanship. The entire Project was completed within 3 weeks . I would thoroughly recommend Jamie for fitting a bathroom/shower room. Turns up when he says he's going to and very professional in every aspect. Himself and his dad work so well together and everything has to be just right for them both, or it's not good enough. Clear up as they go, you wouldn't know they are in your property carrying out a bathroom refit. So pleased with my new bathroom 100%. What more can I say?
