The facilities are nice but this "Your Leisure" company that's middle-manning everything and managing the app is absolutely AWFUL. Please stop using them!

Great for non impact exercises for older people. 12 different toning tables at varying strength and speeds. Friendly stsff and good banter with other members.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Amy who did my induction on tables. Despite me being disabled and having lost any confidence I may have had, she put me entirely at ease with her friendliness and humour. A gem of a girl. Hope to be back soon ☺
