Given the accent I can only assume the guy that answers the phone is Asian. Absolutely no manners pretends like he can't hear you and then purposely hangs up, did this on multiple occasions. Wouldn't have him cleaning my toilet let alone answering the phones to customers.

Eventually got to a Christmas family meal 1hr late ,no communication from them only me hassling them .bad customer service.

If we want in the morning taxi to schools,we needed to do complaint for dispatcher ,because I talking every day with drivers from central cars and this when say dispatching's 30,40 mins,is dispatching's fold.

Made a reservation two days in advance, and called about an hour before the scheduled pickup time to re-confirm. The driver still arrived 20 minutes late and told me he only got the assignment shortly before. Felt very unreliable.

Taxi driver was very kind. I use a walker and he helped me get in and out the car and put the walker in the boot for me. Nice, smooth journey. Affordable prices.

Used central cars this evening. They advised me on the best time to make sure we reached our destination in time. And, when called to get a cab home they warned us that it could be up to 20 minutes, but within a few minutes the message came that it was on its way. Very good service. Will definitely use again. Great service, very fast waited 10 minutes at 1am on a Saturday night while the other local taxi company's weren't taking bookings. Friendly driver who knew the area. Thanks

Unreliable and rude. Booked a taxi the previous day to make sure we could make an appointment on time. It was over half an hour late, so we missed our appointment. The company did not communicate to us that the service was running late - we had to phone. The phone operator was rude and unhelpful, and threatened to cancel the car. we were unable to arrange an alternative at the time. No compensation was offered. The driver, when the car arrived, was great. No complaints. But there is clearly something wrong with a business model for a taxi company that can't keep to bookings or communicate with customers. Avoid.
