Needed help with setting up new Roles & Permissions - Paul Morgan was fantastic talking me through the process and being very patient while I attempted to load the new information. Works brilliantly and just what we needed for the company - Thank you so much.

Paul has been amazing and very very patient with me @ Fairlight Recovery explaining the workshop app ... we spent an 1hr and 15 mins going through it and I am sure his brain is fried from all the questions but much appreciated thank you

I would like to say a massive thank you to Paul at tech support. At 02.30 this morning one of our trucks was stolen but our driver left his PDA in it. With Paul’s help, we managed to track down the PDA and recover our truck back! Massive thanks!

I have had many occasions to contact Tech Support, Always just to help me through some of the processes. The service is second to none, Helpful, Willing to Chat and explain things, and always able to fix the issues or pass it on to their extended support service including the Dev Team.
If something is unable to be fixed immediately and has to be looked into, they will always update me when resolved.

From the word off the team have been outstanding been in the recovery industry for years done the control room part but never actually set up accounts the team was very patient and spoke me through everything step by step outstanding service thanks again

My company has been with Apex Networks along time now, always very helpful, professional and friendly when you need them.
The system helps us give our local garages and fleet customers the power to give us jobs through the portal system, and they can see the progress, images and collection job sheets sent to them electronically. Also working with the breakdown services up to date tracking for their client's to see the progress of dispatched operator attending. Helping our company be more professional to our clients.

Apex RMS has not been the easiest software to get my head around however the support team have been exactly that. A great team invested in making sure you understand and are able to operate the system. A great system as a whole and well worthwhile however without these guys I wouldn't be anywhere near as confident using it. Absolutely recommend giving it a go.
