In process of buying through Wards of Ramsgate and have been mainly dealing with Natalie there, we had looked at lot of property's but none ticked the box, there was one more we'd seen advertised and somehow Natalie managed to squeeze us in within an hours notice at 5pm on a Saturday! She didn't rush us on viewing either. Since then we have had an offer accepted on this property and nothings been too trouble like getting back in to take measurements etc. We have dealt with other members of staff there and been treated with the same level of helpfulness and professionalism too.

We were told that our previous landlord was selling up urgently. We went to Wards in Ramsgate where we were met by the very friendly Hannah Mcgilley. She was VERY understanding and professional and explained everything we had to do to secure our next home. We organised a viewing and fell in love with the house immediately.
