Wantsum lodge staff have been amazing in the last months/days of my beautiful nans life. They couldn’t do enough for us their door was always open. They treated us with respect kindness and love in my nans last days and we’re by her side until the end I cannot thank you enough!!! Special thanks to Gemma, Pete and Naomi xxx

Extremely rude lady on the front desk I was working on my car outside when a delivery driver approached the front door And the lady came out told the driver where to put the delivery and then started shouting at him swearing at him I never heard a bad word from the drivers mouth at any point All he asked for was a signature and she throw the phone back at him She was Totally unprofessional and no need I would be worried if my family was in this care home I felt bad for the driver because if it was the the other way around she be crying victim

I cannot praise the staff here highly enough for the care and hard work at times looking after my 99 years young mum. They supported us throughout her last days with compassion and love. Thank you is not good enough for them, we love you guys...Tracey, Mary, Gemma, Rita, Lucia and everybody.

I am the sister of a resident, but live in USA, however the staff have always been available to talk to. They are compassionate and caring, and I am so grateful to them for all that they do, and how they treat my brother with respect and dignity. with many thanks Elaine A Janik

I went to view this residential for future care for my mum. The staff and the home itself could not of been nicer. A very warm welcome and helpful professional staffing team. They were obviously full so whoever is already receiving care is extremely lucky! High recommended!
