Ambition sport customer service was exceptional, staff certainly went over and above for me. When I suffered an injury and was unable to collect my individual club tuning shirt for several months, they kept in touch with me and offered to arrange home delivery instead. Ambition Sport kept hold of my club shirt until I was able to collect and they were so friendly and approachable. Thanks so much!

I am only giving one star as I cannot give a lower score…. Amateur business ethics here. Using sustainability as a reason for not fulfilling customer orders satisfactorily…. That’s low! Our order took two weeks to deliver and when received it was missing an integral part of the dance schools logo ! Then they would not replace the item. It had to be returned to the manufacturer to amend, giving the reason for doing so on sustainability!! Sorry guys, you made a mistake, you should fix it immediately and not leave your customer without the item for a further three weeks !!! 2 months in, our 5 year old daughter still doesn’t have the right T-shirt. I wouldn’t mind but there’s no other alternative place to buy it from.

Called and left a message , had a return call within minutes. Problem solved over the phone ,new hoodie ordered there and then . Friendly and efficient customer service . Only problem is that they can not magic up stock over night 😉😏

Company is only 1 hr away but as I wasn't going that direction, I opted to have items delivered. Ordered 2 items, took 15 days for the order to arrive and it was missing one item. Called to query and they were very apologetic. They agreed to send the outstanding item with no cost to myself. However it took 5 days to just dispatch the missing item and as of day six, still waiting for the item. Not impressed by speed of service although the people I've spoken to are very nice. If you need anything from them, just make sure to order a ridiculous amount of time in advance.

Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I wanted tshirts with embroidered logos for work. However they advised against this and suggested prints as they would stay looking better for longer and prove to be the most cost effective. They sent me designs for me to confirm so no mistakes were made and finished before they said they would. Thanks to all the guys at Ambition

I ordered some kit for my children, was met with friendly and approachable staff, nothing is to much trouble, they were a pleasure to deal with. Free parking right outside the shop. Convenient location very near to westwood cross. I went back to pick the kit up and everything was as ordered. Satisfied customer, I will be coming back.
