Been having physio with Craig for a while now and he’s been great. Been to countless physios before with a injury I’ve had for 7 years now and never got the bottom of it, a few sessions with Craig and started to see improvements and now can fully return to my sport! Been in a LOT of pain and as someone mentioned before, the NHS physio I saw a couple of months ago, gave me a Cortisone injection along with a sheet of paper with two exercises in front of me and told me to do them - both to no avail. I found Bodysym and after an assessment with Craig, I felt more positive & received more help than I have in five months. Thank you so much.

I have visited Craig to deal with a few problems now. He is very knowledgeable and offers a hands-on approach which I have found sadly lacking in NHS Physios (who tend to hand you a sheet with exercises on!). He's also a very pleasant guy and easy to talk to. Highly recommended

Wonderful professional care and really cares to make sure feet are well looked after! Highly recommend Tom he is a genuine caring practitioner and did a wonderful job on my wife’s toe nail that needed removal due to stubbing it, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Not the best experience. I built up a good rapport with the first physio I was seeing, however she left the practice and I started seeing someone else. My first session with the new physio consisted of mainly being talked over and unable to squeeze any words in. I had to ask him if I could speak. I was made to feel a burden because they had to request more treatment from BUPA. In subsequent sessions, my concerns were dismissed in a rude and patronising way. My favourite bit of advice from this physio, of whom I was seeing for chronic lower back pain, was that the people in places like Fiji walk over hot coals and compared to western society we are wimps! Really helpful. I haven't made any progress at this physiotherapy clinic and would advise my friends and family to stay away.

Easy to get an appointment, I had a issue with an in - growing toe nail, booked an appointment with Tom as NHS was 5 week wait. Tom was very professional in his approach however his manner was calming. There is a follow up appointment post nail surgery where all aftercare aspects were covered. Fab service many thanks
